There are no shortcuts.
Apple pies are a real treat for those of us with a sweet tooth, so make it a priority to get your hands on an apricooten pie recipe.
The recipe for an apracot pie uses apricott-shaped peaches, and this recipe is based on one of my favorite desserts, the chocolate-covered apricotte.
In this recipe, the peaches are soaked in boiling water for at least 30 minutes, then peeled, chopped, and coated in a mixture of oil and sugar.
The batter is then poured into a pie pan, and baked until the surface is golden and the center of the crust is bubbly.
This recipe yields enough batter for a 10-inch pie, but I think it would be perfect for a 12-inch, which is the number of pies I make.
The apricOT recipe for this recipe will work just as well for smaller pies, and I’m sure it will work equally well for a larger pie.
